AGENCY PRO TALENT DATABASE FAQs
E.C. E. Talent Agency maintaines our talent files through Agency Pro. There are 2 parts to Agency Pro. The 1st part is our in-house database. Everyone who submits their information to E.C.E. is now stored in our in-house database. Each talent receives their own free online profile, consisting of 2 headshots and personalized resume. These can be easily updated by each talent from their own home without the hassle of having to mail or phone in updated information which can easily be lost or transcribed improperly. This database is what we will be utilizing to contact talent to schedule auditions and such, so it is important to make sure your information stays current. Your information in this in-house electronic database will only be accessible to you and our agency staff.
The 2nd part of the Agency Pro database is the option to go “Active”. This gives talent the choice to make their online headshot and resume accessible to our clients directly. If clients wish to screen talent themselves or cast directly from the database they can do so only with talent that choose to become “Active”. This is the online portion of the database consisting of the talent’s headshot and resume, which our clients can access. Clients would utilize this if they wanted to pre-select talent for their auditions or cast talent directly from their headshot. Talent with activated files have their own professional website that they can personally use to market themselves. In addition, those who activate can have up to 20 pictures, VO demos, and video clips on their personalized website.
Talent is not required to go active in order to be on file with E.C.E. Being active is a personal decision to invest in the marketing opportunities that Agency Pro offers. Active or not, you are still in our electronic in-house database where agency staff can access your information and submit you for in-house auditions. Again, it is your responsibility to make sure that all of your information in the database is current and updated regularly.
Is activating my account required to register?
No, you will have a free basic not-active account for the lifetime of your registration that includes 2 photo slots, all information entry including resume, contact, physical information, and full search visibility to me based on the information on your account.
Why should I pay to activate my account in your database?
Activation can bring you a number of marketing tools like printable materials, public website links, and you can add audio or video slot uploads to your account once you activate. All transactions go to AgencyPro Software directly. Is there an additional cost for audio or video? Yes, there is a one-time fee of $40/slot to activate a slot and then the slot is available for uploading for the lifetime of your account with no additional costs for switching out audio/video. All transactions go to AgencyPro Software directly.
Why do I have to type in my resume instead of uploading?
You type in your resume information so that it is all keyword searchable for me and it looks professional in my template and I can easily locate the information by the organized sections. If you have a word document you can copy/paste or drag and drop each field entry. Do I still need to register with you if I already have an AgencyPro account with another casting company or agent?
YES! Each AgencyPro database is private. If you wish to be considered for my projects you must have at least the free basic account in my system so I can locate you in my searches!
